My in person services come with a 3 month minimum commitment that could be increased depending on how much weight you have to lose.  I take weekly payments and do not lock into contracts.  However, I ask people to be honest with their intentions.  If you are not happy with the service/results then I do not expect you to continue at any time.

This is done to insure that you have the best possible chance at being successful in reaching your goals.  In my experience I have found that anything less is a waste of your time and money and my time as well.  You want to see results and I want to see them just as bad as my reputation depends on it.  We are a team and in this journey together.

2 Or More Small Group Training

I train 2 or more people at a time.  Don’t worry you will all be doing different exercises in different parts of the gym, but my attention/time will be divided.  Don’t worry this does not affect quality of training or results.  I have been doing this for a very long time and this system works well.  My clients actually prefer this as it is more cost effective and more efficient.  This is why I can charge you $45/session instead of $90/session.
