My services come with a 3 month minimum commitment that could be increased depending on how much weight you have to lose. I take weekly payments and do not lock into contracts. However, I ask people to be honest with their intentions. If you are not happy with the service/results then I do not expect you to continue at any time.
This is done to insure that you have the best possible chance at being successful in reaching your goals. In my experience I have found that anything less is a waste of your time and money and my time as well. You want to see results and I want to see them just as bad as my reputation depends on it. We are a team and in this journey together.
What Kind Of Service Should You Get?
The type of service that you get will be largely dependent on your experience, goals, and budget.
1 On 1 Personal Training: This is recommended for beginners. This way I can focus on you and teach you the fundamentals properly. Sessions are 45 minutes. Charge is $60/session 2-3 sessions/week is recommended. Diet Included. Unlimited phone/text/email support. This service will cost you $480-$720/month depending on how many days/week we train.
