How To Read A Workout Program

Everyone that works out should follow a specific workout plan that is right for their current goals.  So, depending on what you goal is your workout and diet need to be adjusted accordingly.  One of the biggest mistakes I see people make in the gym, is that they are not following a specific program, or making records of their workouts.  These are both very important to do.

It is important to keep track of every set and every rep so that you know if you are making progress in the gym from workout to workout.  This way you make changes either in workout or diet or both if you are not making progress.
