I usually give my clients general supplements that are proven for well being and to cover nutritional deficiencies created by the diet.
I don’t like to push supplements and I don’t recommend fat burners.
However there are some interesting supplements out there that I just want to aware you of.

3. Serrapeptase: helps with injuries, inflammation, sinuses, cardiovascular health, scar tissue formation. Click here to find out more.
4. CBD Oil: There are numerous reports of people having great results for many different ailments and pain, also helps with sleep. Some people swear by it and some people say it does nothing. I feel it is definitely worth checking out. You want to get the high CBD % with no THC, unless you want to get high then you will want to get with THC lol. The price varies greatly depending on level of CBD. I have seen one with 83.3mg/ml that is around $250 and the bottle will last 2-3 months. Take 1-3 drops 2x/day sublingual. I have heard that Inphynite CBD is good. No link for various reasons.
Now that you are aware do your own homework and see if any of these are a good fit for you and your situation. If money is no object then these have some very good science behind them.
