May 15/2025-I fell in love with it the first time I drove by it. Beautiful building, perfect location!
June 15/25, 7 am on my birthday. Bright and early to stop by. I would visit the location weekly(at least) while working on the deal.
July 5/25. Checking on progress, even without the lease finalized…yes I was nervous!!
Aug 10/25 Windows are in it’s looking even sweeter! Let’s get this deal done…
Sept 14/25-Still waiting for lease to be finalized, any day now…
Sept 17/25 (a day after my brother’s birthday), the lease is finalized, and the space is mine, finally!! 5 Months after I first drove by. I can’t believe it, we will officially have a second location!!
The first design that I drew up was later slightly modified. I remember I stayed up all night making this. It’s almost an exact replica of our first location on Lorimer!
