I’ll keep this one short and sweet.

Monday is the most important day in my opinion when it comes to losing weight and exercising.

No matter how good or bad you did last week, it is now a new week.

What you do on Monday will set the pace for the rest of the week.

Eat like crap, and the rest of the week is likely to look the same.

Skip your workout, because you don’t feel like it and chances are you’ll do that all week.

So there you go, simply do Monday right and you’ll have greatly increased your chances of reaching your weight loss and fitness goals.
