There is one thing that will amaze you, I know I am amazed by my clients all the time.
Sure, weight loss can happen pretty quickly and if you are consistent you can make some big time changes in a short period of time.
Even though it is amazing, I’m not talking about that.
What am I talking about then?
I am talking about how fast your physical conditioning improves once you start working out properly.
The changes I regularly see with clients who started out very out of shape within a month were flying around the gym.
This is important for people to understand because a big reason people don’t want to start working out is that they feel that they are too out of shape to start.
I am here to tell you if that is you, then seriously within a month you will be amazed at how much stronger and more fit you are.
The body really is an amazing machine, but you have to stress it right so that it can adapt properly.
Do too much, too soon, you can injure yourself, make yourself too sore, or get sick, because your body is not used to it.
Do too little and your body has no reason to adapt or change.
When you first start training you don’t need to stress you body much to change, which is why when I first start training out of shape clients I tell them to start at a 5 out of 10 in difficulty.
That is enough to improve fitness levels.
Then the next workout they can push a little more.
They keep going like this and usually by 4-6 weeks in a client can push almost to max with no problems.
The biggest mistake I see is that people come to the gym and on their first session go balls to the wall, get sick, can’t walk for days, then never come back.
Don’t do that.
Start of slow, always within your comfort zone and slowly progress from there.
You will be amazed at how much your physical conditioning will improve.
