How Do YOU Want To Live Your Life?

I am sitting here looking out the window of my gym and thinking how happy I am.

I got my gym which I love to no end and is my dream. (I’m sure you guys are sick of hearing that but whatever lol)

I got a bunch of amazing clients that I always say are the best in the city and world. I’m 100% serious.

I am probably in the best shape of my life and feel great.

I am happy with everything right now. I couldn’t ask for more.

However they always were not that way.

I have been overweight many times in my life and no matter what else is going on in my life I am not happy, nothing can make up for not looking good and feeling good about yourself.

On the flip side when I was shutdown and everything in my life wasn’t going good, I still worked out and got in good shape and guess what?

I still felt really good and was happy!

Like I tell people all the time that my world can be literally falling apart but as long as I can workout, eat good, and feel good about myself things are good.

Now the thing is and I had this discussion with a client yesterday is that people get into a very bad rut that spirals out of control.

Yes it has happened to me as well and it sucks.

You have to recognize this and PUT A FULL STOP ON IT.

The best way to do this is to start exercising, eating good, and taking care of yourself.

I always say you will start to feel 100x better about yourself within a week or two of starting to workout and eat properly.

You do not have to wait to reach your goal to feel good about yourself.

As long as you are doing something about it you will feel almost as good on the journey as when you reach your goal.

Actually the number one thing you can do in your life to dramatically increase the quality of it is to start exercising and eating good.

And it’s relatively easy to do.

If you are in a rut and feel like a 3/10 if you started working out and exercising today within a week you would probably feel close to a 8 or 9 out of 10.


So if you haven’t been been feeling too hot about yourself and have been stuck in a rut all I ask is you eat good and exercise for 1 week.

I’m sure you will agree at how much all areas of your life have improved, but it all has to start with day 1.
