Sunday Funday And Unhappy People

Had a bit of late start today, I guess the long week of everything caught up with me.

Was at the gym all day yesterday with my brother and my buddy putting up those door closers and a few hooks for the change rooms for my clients to hang their clothes.

I’m going to add more of them but when I was at Home Depot they only had 2 of the ones I wanted, of course.

I even had plans to go out to a patio yesterday evening and had to cancel. I was just too tired from my first week open, moving, and working at the gym all day.

I went home and stuffed my face with pizza instead and went to sleep lol.

Today I’m going to go back there and vacuum and mop the floors and make sure the place is all clean and ready for week. (Soap dispensers full, toilet paper stocked up, garbages empty, etc.)

I enjoy every second of all of that believe it or not.

I’m proud of the place and really do want the best I can offer for my clients in all aspects of working with me.

Last week was kind of slow as a lot of people were out of town and with Canada Day, but this week is BUSY so it is going to be interesting.

Going to be seeing a lot of faces I haven’t seen in a while, and got some new people as well, it’s going to be fun and I am looking forward to it.

I have noticed that a lot of people have been contacting me are pretty unhappy with themselves with how they are looking and more importantly how they are feeling about themselves.

This has a lot to do with the shutdowns and a lot of people have not been doing anything and gained a bunch of weight.

Now that everything is nice outside and everyone is out and about and I think they are frustrated where they let themselves get to. (I was warning you guys throughout these shutdowns to keep at it and not let yourselves go because once it got warm and things opened up you would regret it if you didn’t.)

The problems is like I stated in my last email that a lot of people can’t do it by themselves.

Either they don’t know what to do, or they just can’t do it on their own.

If you are one of those people that is frustrated and unhappy with where you are at now, you are definitely not alone.

I’m not saying its not your fault (because it is lol) but you can turn things around quickly.

Once you start eating good, getting some exercise, and losing some weight you will feel a million times better about yourself…the best part is this happens almost immediately.

Doing nothing, eating like crap, and not feeling good about yourself is depressing.

Once YOU ACTUALLY START DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT that all changes.

If 10/10 is how you feel once you reach your goal I would say starting to workout and eat properly and working towards your goal will take you to an 8 or 9/10.

The journey is almost the same as reaching your end goal believe it or not and I have said this many times.

Today is Sunday.

Start tomorrow.

Clean your fridge and cupboards out of any crap and go shopping for good clean foods today.

Start an exercise program tomorrow.

By next week at this time you will be feeling a million times better about yourself, and that’s what it’s all about.
